RENTAL & HOA INFORMATION:

Social Membership Transfer Fee: $426 per reservation.

Minimum Stay: 30 days or one full calendar month, as required by the HOA.

High Season: During January, February, and March, rentals must commence on the 1st day of the month.

Last-Minute Reservations: The HOA requires a $200 expedited processing fee for reservations made 15 days or less prior to arrival.

HOA, membership, and Golf Pro Shop fees and requirements are subject to change.
